Our Security Awareness in Fragile Environments (SAFE) courses prepare you to operate in high risk environments.

Who is this course for? 

This course is designed for those who are preparing to travel to and work in unpredictable, high risk or volatile locations and nations globally.

• No previous training or qualifications necessary
• Certificated and valid for four years
• Practical in person course recognised by all insurance underwriters

What will you learn on this course? 

You will develop the practical skills and knowledge required to react and respond appropriately to high stress situations. Gain an understanding of the risks and threats associated with travel to unfamiliar locations.

• Assess and manage threats, including conflict, kidnap and detention risks in high-threat areas
• Provide life-saving trauma aid
• Enhance field safety through vehicle security, IED and landmine awareness and weapon familiarisation
• Develop practical navigation and secure communication skills for remote operations
• Handle real-world crisis scenarios with practical, hands-on training
